Hugh Robertson has officially opened the new facade at The Abbey School with The Mayor of Faversham, Nigel Kaye. The new facade, which modernises the look and entrance to the school is the latest in a line of building improvements overseen by the Governors and the Head Teacher, Mrs Catrin Woodend. Following a considerable amount of interest and concern from constituents, Hugh Robertson has formally replied to the Maidstone Borough Council Local Plan as follows. He entirely supports the alternative approach taken by Kent County Council.
Hugh Robertson, the Member of Parliament for Faversham and Mid Kent, has been awarded a Distinguished Fellowship by Reading University for his work as Olympics Minister at London 2012.
